To ensure basic knowledge, understanding and skills related to international trade and shipping operations
To explain importance of shipping operations in maritime transport
To identify, plan, carry out and manage the process of shipping operations in the context of maritime transport
To explain the role and functions of ship agents and freight forwarders in shipping operations
