Course Objective

To handle that ultimate target of sciences concerning with hadithes is Fıkhu'l Hadith, also is very important to derive sentence from a hadith after deciding its soundness.
To handle which role was played by hadithes in the formation scholars' different ideas and daily dimensions of relation between Fıkh and Hadith

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Student will learn the worth of hadithes in the eyes of Imams, relation between hadith and fıqh
2   Student will learn the role of hadith in the arguments of scholars
3   Student will grasp that hadith is the secondary source for Islamic Jurisprudence and Islamic sciences
4   Student will gain knowledge about without hadith, other Islamic sciences would not exist
5   Student will gain knowledge about the of different ideas raised in the course of history by observing selected jurisdicial hadithes

1 Necessity of hadithes and their importance in the religion, worht of hadith as a source in eyes of Imams definitions, relation between fıqh and hadith
2 The role hadith chain in the arguments between scholars, Mutevatir ( consensed) and meşhur (common, famous) hadithes
3 Haber i Vahid, hadithes its chain has one narrator in one of his circle
4 Conditions forwarded by scholars for practising with haber vahid
5 Critization method in the hadith literature Carh-Ta'dil and their effects on scholars arguments
6 Unsound hadithes and their effect on different ideas of scholars
7 Midterm exam
8 The role text of hadithes in the arguments between scholars, narration with meaning, letter, pronounciation and words
9 Relied narrator add to hadith and effects of a word of companion of Prophet on arguments
10 Hadith knowlege of Interpretator Imams( Muctehid)
11 The effects of explanations and actions of Prophet on arguments
12 Examples of arguments with based examples on Ebu Daud and Tirmizi's hadithes concerning rituals
13 Examples of arguments with based examples on Ebu Daud and Tirmizi's hadithes concerning actions
14 Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi Sünen'lerindeki 'juridical conflicts between sects ukûbât'a examples of the judgments in the context of the hadiths
