Course Objective

Course objective is introduce the basic concepts and institutions of law. It is given basic and general information to students about lessons that will given process of their law education and tried to prepare the infrastructure for law lessons that will take their afteryears.

3   to be able to distinguish the branches of law.
4   to be able to define to the identity of legist
5   to be able to apply the rules of law to settlement of disputes.
6   to be able to provide dominance on basic concepts, institutions, rules, and resources.
7   to be able to define to law, legal system and organization of the proceedings.

3 - Concept of justice and the different meanings of it, - The relationship between rights, law and justice, - the right types and subjects of right
4 - The acquisition and loss of rights - Using of rights - Judicial review work

6 - The rule of law and other rules of social order - Branches of law
7 - legal systems - The sources of Positive law - the structure and property of rule of law
8 - Types of legal rules - the technique of enactment to law - Assignment about the basic concepts of law
