Course Objective

Investigation of the Organization of Administrative Law, undertaken the main role of the administration the supervising by judiciary in Turkey, and the Administrative Procedure. Explaination of the litigation, examination of the trial and result in the trial.

4 Characteristics of the Administrative Judicial System in Turkey; The Administrative judicial limit: Control of Legality and propriety
5 The scope of control of the Administrative Courts: Judicial cuts (government savings) and the Legislative cuts
6 Administrative Judicial Organization; the Administrative Judicial places properties and classification
