Course Objective

The aim of this course is
To describe the basic properties of vibration and wave motions,
To designing and implementing an experiment to measure the properties of wave motion,
To develop skills of expressing, visualizing and interpreting experimental results.

1   Defines the basic properties of vibration and wave motions.
2   Separately examine different wave motions.
3   Works with harmony by making a group.
4   Designes an experiment and apply it.
5   Interprets the results of the experiment.
6   Reports the experiment results appropriately.

Midterm score calculated as arithmetic average points obtained from experiments is essential in the achievements of students for the course.

Assessment Criteria

1. The average of grades getting from the laboratory experiments will be evaluated as homework.
2. Homework, Midterm Exam and Final Exam will be added according to the grading percentage and thereby the students success will be determined as such.

1. Lessons are conducted live remotelyand attendance is not required since the video of the lesson is recorded in the system.
2. Every trial to copying will be penetrated as disciplinary proceedings.
3. If deemed necessary, students presentations will be included to the evaluation process.
