Course Objective

To be able to plan music lessons which can support the preschool children's cognitive, psychologic and kinesthetic development.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To know general and musical characteristics of preschool child.
2   To understand the contribution of music to the preschool child.
3   To be able to plan music activities by using methods and approaches which are used in preschool education.
4   To be able to plan music activities by making connections between music, movement and game.
5   To recognize the characteristics of the songs which are used in preschool period and to plan music activities by using these songs.
