1 Forms of literary expression, definition and comparison of prose and verse.
2 Meters, syllabic in Turkish literature and examination of sample texts
3 types of rhyme in poetry and examination of sample texts
4 Types of verse in Divan poetry (gazel, kaside) and examination of sample texts
5 Types of verse in Divan poetry (mesnevi, kıta ve müstezat) and examination of sample texts
6 Types of verse in Divan poetry (tevhid, münacat, nat, miraciye) and examination of sample texts
7 Types of verse in Divan poetry (mersiye, mehdiye, hicviye, fahriye) and examination of sample texts
8 general repeat, evaluation, Midterm exam
9 Anonymous Turkish Folk Literature types of verse (mani, türkü, ağıt, ninni) and examination of sample texts
10 Types of verse in Âşık Literature (koşma, destan, semai, varsağı, güzelleme, taşlama, koçaklama, ağıt) and examination of sample texts
