Course Objective |
This course aims to equip all students with the knowledge and skills regarding the concepts of ethics and security in the field of information technology. In order to achieve this aim, the transformation of ethics and security concepts related to the historical development of information technology will be taught to the students. Also, by raising awareness to the ethical issues that can be encountered because of mass use of today s technologies, it is aimed to discuss with the students regarding possible legal and daily solutions against those ethical issues mentioned above. Moreover, teaching professional ethics concept and letting students interiorize the ethics code in IT field are also aimed in the course. |
