Course Objective

At the end of this course, students will comprehend the political, legal, social, cultural and economic change in Turkey from the period of the War of Independence until 1945.

1   Comprehends the period of the War of Independence.
2   Comprehends the founding philosophy of the Republic of Turkey.
3   Comprehends the political and legal changes in the early Republican period.
4   Comprehends socio-cultural changes in the organization process of the Republic.
