Course Objective

In this lecture the students will learn issues of Basic Definitions about Total Quality and Accreditation, Total Quality and Accreditation in Turkey and The World, Total Quality and Accreditation Standards, Total Quality Management, Processes in Total Quality and Accreditation.

1   have knowledge about the concepts of total quality and accreditation, and their importance, associate to each other

3   have knowledge about total quality and accreditation in Turkey and the world, follow the latest developments
