Course Objective

The aim of this course is to examine main concepts related to basic psychology approaches, scientific method, motivation, emotions, developmental stages, personality theories, social behavior, health, stress and coping, behavioral disorders, and psychotherapy.

1   Describe basic concepts in relation to psychology
2   Describe basic theories in relation to psychology
3   Summarize basic principles in relation to different subfields of psychology discipline
4   Explain the relationships between different subfields of psychology and other related disciplines
