Course Objective

This course is about understanding the fundamental principles of discourse and ideology and making discourse analysis. The course aims to give students the ability to analyze a certain text and think critically on certain current problems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Having knowledge about discourse and ideology.
2   Knowing the key concepts about discourse analysis.
3   The ability to make discourse analysis
4   The ability to set ethical values while interpreting texts.
5   The ability to evaluate critically.
