Course Objective

The aims and objectives of this course are to develop individual and corporate strategies having reflections on social, corporate and individual life based on strategic management approaches.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Obtain knowledge on the strategic management system
2   Obtain knowledge on strategic and long-term planning
3   Obtain knowledge on strategic planning and strategic management
4   Develop skills on topics such as performance management and leadership
5   Obtain knowledge on topics such as individual development planning and to create individual strategies the management of by applying macro environment, PEST(SE) and SWOT analyses.
