Course Objective

Objectives of the course are; to gain our teacher candidates some notions such as social sensitivity, social awareness and conscioussness of social responsibility along with solidarity and cooperation feelings and also effective communication skills, self-evaluation skills and self-confidence in the future activities to be held. They learn to be able to produce projects to solve social problems in this process, to participate in various activities in this framework and to finalize social responsibility projects.

1   Explains the concept of community, collective service practices and social responsibility.
2   Identifies current problems of society.
3   Produces projects to solve social problems.
4   Participates in various activities in the context of collective service practices.
5   Evaluates the results of social responsibility projects.

2 Social responsibility projects in terms of social and cultural values; identify current social problems
3 Informative and Controversial Meetings on the Project / Events Creating Project / Event Groups
4 Preparing projects to solve the identified social problems
5 Voluntary participation in individual and group social responsibility projects
6 Participating in social responsibility projects in various institutions and organizations; panels, conferences, congresses, symposiums as spectators, speakers or regulators
7 Implementation of the Project
