Course Objective

It is aimed to express methods of the dispute resolutions in international commercial law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to express the resolution of international disputes via Turkish competent courts
2   to express the resolution of international disputes via chosen Turkish competent courts by parties
3   to express the resolution of international disputes by arbitration
4   recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards
5   classification of alternative dispute resolution
