Course Objective

The aim of the course is to introduce the student to one of the most fundamental issues of joint stock law,which is not mentioned in undergraduate education, but which has a lots of applications. It is aimed to convey in-depth information to the student about the features of the anonymous partnership decisions that contain many discussions in both application and academic aspects in terms of judicial law and current problems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   In the joint stock law, re-familiarizing company bodies with a civil law perspective.
2   To learns the judgment of invalidity of the general asembly decisions in detail.
3   To find solutions to the problems experienced in judging the invalidity of the general assembly resolutions.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The course will start with the lectures of the instructor and requires the active participation of the student. Throughout the semester students will be given small assignments, research topics, and some case-law students.

Students' reaching a sufficient level of knowledge in the joint stock law and especially in the judgment of invalidity of general assembly decisions and producing solutions to the problems experienced.
