Course Objective

The purpose of the course is to teach the meaning, scope and practice of labor criminal law, which is emerged as a sub branch of criminal law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to have knowledge of the meaning and scope of labor crimanal law.
2   To be able to learn the relation between labor criminal law and criminal law.
3   To be able to deeply examine the types of crimes in the field of labor criminal law.
4   To be able to consider the function of medical labor law in the matter of struggle of the risks caused in the field of labor.
5   To be able to implement the basic principles of the criminal law and the rules of criminal theory into the concrete facts related to crimes appeared in the field of labor.
6   To be able to deliver a solution for the problems arised from the operation of criminal procedure regarding labor criminal law.
7   To be able to have an opinion about the recent developments in labor criminal law in comparative law systems.
