Course Objective

1. to teach basic notion of science, social science, law and phlophogy of science
2. to teach methods of formal and contextual analysis of law's rules.
3. to inform about lot of topics like raising reseources, attribution, plan, footnote.

1 Main informations of the course objective and content; to inform about metods of how to teach lesson.
2 Methods and content of methods; Science, scientific knowledge, social seciences and natural sciences. Relation between law and moral to inform about topics of relation between law and moral
3 to argue about being science of law problem about haw to describe law
4 Logic and rules of logic Reasoning, deduction, comparison Mistakes of argument
5 Differnce between principle of law and law of nature; Notion of Kelsen's rule.
6 Types and system of law's rules.
7 Relation between language and idea. to argue relation between language and idea.
8 Quiz
9 to resaerch another notions and disciplines about law: Dogmatic of law, phlosophy of law, sociology of law, history of law, positive law, natural law.
10 Legal system; basic principle of law, policies of law, relation between notional law and international law.
11 Scientific studies at law Methods of researching Scientific studies: thesis, essay, presentation etc.
12 Rules about how to write thesis; Originlaity of scientific moral and scientific studies. to determine topics of studies.
13 to make plan and a lot of plan's systems to raise resources
14 Rules about how to write thesis to reach resources at internet footnote, attribution and information about source.
15 Rules of how to write thesis to use resources to have style when using resources
