Course Objective

Internship, provide Department of Performing Arts students to have acquired the knowledge and skills which they gain during theoretical and practical courses, and let them gain the experience to use them in the actual design, construction, management and production processes, consolidate, unique situations that arise in these processes.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1.Develope the theoretical knowledge of performing arts in practice, and gain experience and new skills
2   2. be able to analyse and define his/her duties and responsibilities in his/her professional field
3   3. be able to analyse and define the process of play writing and dramaturgical practice, acting or stage design
4   4. Be able to prepare a final report that includes the knowledge and skills have been gained through internship

1 Training Book (Internship Diary)

Training book, by those who have an internship perceived as a kind of diary of workplace and the required records must be processed in the practice. This is the content of the records of the corporation, the general activities, production processes, made by the students including design, drawing, and such activities will take place. Written procedures for filling the training book of this internship will be in accordance with the rules.

2 Training Evaluation Report

Training Evaluation Report consists of 4 parts; Foreword, Introduction and Operating Authority Format, Evaluation Division and Results. An internship report will be prepared by students in computer under the title 'Training Assessment Report in accordance with the specified index page of information.

3 Receipt of Training Records

This document is a document that completed by an authorized person of the student's internship. This document, the official student internship work, attitude, and behavior assessments will take place on. This document should contain the evaluation of student's performance and attitudes during internship. Students will give this document to the authorized person in the beginning of the internship and right after the internship take the two copies of the same document in a sealed envelope, and deliver it along with other documents to the Commission.

Assessment Criteria

Internship reports will be presented to internship comission. After evaluation of these reports, students are decided whether eligible or not.

Internships that approved by the department must be completed in order to develope the theoretical knowledge of performing arts in practice, and gain experience and new skills, also be able to analyse and define his/her duties and responsibilities in his/her professional field.
