Course Objective

By learning acrobatics, it is aimed to improve the physical structure of the body, agitate and strengthen the body, increase physical and mental efficiency, correct postural disorders, increase body flexibility and conditioning.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   practicing acrobatics in role and stage applications in performing arts field and professional life,
2   providing direct attention, body coordination and physical awareness,
3   it is expected that body movement can be applied correctly in desired space, timing and form.

1 Aerobatics Preparation Warming and stretching movements
2 Preliminary Preparation Warming, stretching and balance postures
3 Preliminary Preparation Warming, stretching, jumps and strenght movements
4 Preliminary Preparation Warming and animal movements
5 Acrobatic Advancement Practicing warm-ups by musical accompainament in choreography.
6 Basic Movements Forward tumbling
7 Basic Movements Forward tumbling with bent legs and stight legs
8 Basic Movements Backward tumbling
9 Basic Movements Backward tumbling with open legs and one leg
10 Basic Movements Handstands and bridge
11 Basic Movements Handstand to bridge connection
12 Basic Movements One and two arms carthweel
13 Basic Movements Carthweels and somersolt
14 Basic Movements Repetitions
