Course Objective

To convey information on the features of dental infection, endodontic treatment indications traumatic dental injuries and their treatment, the effects of premature loss of primary teeth and dental treatment planning in children.

1   Define the restorative materials used in anterior and posterior primary teeth.
2   Explain the principles of medicine usage in pediatric dentistry.
3   Commentate on surgical approaches in pediatric dentistry.
4   List the endodontic treatment principles and methods for primary and young permanent teeth.
5   Sort out dental traumatic injuries and their treatment in children.
6   List the features of primary and mixed dentition and the treatment requirements.
7   Plan the dental treatment of a child patient.

6 Endodontic diagnosis in primary teeth and pulp capping
