| The objectives of this course are to; - understand the role of exercise and health related physical fitness in the improvement and maintenance of total health as an integrated concept. - understand the physiological and morphological bases for the prescription of exercise designed to enhance aerobic fitness, body composition, muscular fitness, and neurological fitness. - attain a conceptual understanding of fundamental physiological principles as they pertain to human adaptation to acute and chronic physical activity. - use advance knowledge in Exercise Physiology for clinical application |
