Course Objective

This course aims to support the student in the thesis phase to make a literature review, evaluate and interpret the information, identify gaps in the literature, interpret within the context of International Relations theories and contribute to the literature.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to interpret, develop and practice professionaly their knowledge in gastronomy and thesis field.
2   Need for information and ability to reach information.
3   To synthesize, analyse and interpret gathered information about thesis area.
4   To consider scientific and ethical issues in gathering, evaluating and publishing thesis related information.
5   Ability to build, develop, apply methodology and evaluate findings and discussions to solve a problem in thesis area.
6   Ability to solve problems about thesis practices by applying research techniques, developing new approaches and taking responsibility.
7   Ability to demonstrate current trends in thesis field, his/her study in written, oral and visual ways.
