Course Objective

In this course, business strategies will be discussed and the implications of these strategies will be examined. Business growth strategies, competition strategies and downsizing strategies and strategies for entering new markets are examined from the point of view of electronic commerce. In addition, business issues such as human resources management, public relations management, taxation are also covered in electronic commerce. With this content, it is aimed that students can define and meet business strategies in electronic commerce environment.

1   To understand the concept of Electroinic Business and its related strategies.
2   To explain the standards and processes of Electronic Business Strategies.
3   Define the main control issues to manage the Electronic Business Strategies.
4   Have skills to develop e-business strategies for the distribution of products and services.
