Course Objective

To provide an overview of the fundamentals of downstream processing in industrial productions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To learn effective strategies of downstream processing based on characteristics of biomolecules
2   To understand general principles of down streaming methods
3   To gain knowledge of different methods and equipments used in the laboratory and industry
4   To be able to choose and apply appropriate down streaming methods on the basis of target product
5   To be able to make mathematical calculations about down streaming methods
