Course Objective

To discuss the concept of employability with all aspects and in counselling process to provide to the students how can they raise the employability of counselee when preparing career plans.

1   To define how and why changed the work life and how this is reflected to career structure
2   To predict work life changes in career plans
3   To implement career plans that will raise employability of counselee
4   To analyse the characterictics of counselee that will raise employability
5   To realize job security requriments and to analyse job security at organizational level
