Course Objective |
This course aims to teach the reasons and the role of exhaustion and recovery; give information on the physiology of systems and their relationship with exercise; the role of exercise on preventing and treating diseases. |

The mid-term and the final exam will be theoretic and the assignments will be as presentations by the students. |

The comprehension and associating skills will be evaluated by means of mid-term and final exams; research skills will be evaluated by means of the presentations of their assignments. |
