Course Objective |
The aim is to support the students academically for their artistic studies in the field they want to specialize, and have them make some pattern designs and practices in addition to `Certificate Study'. |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
In this course, the student realizes original designs in accordance with the theme, carpet weaving technique and material of his choice, depending on the subject he is interested in. During the study, student work is discussed in the course and necessary guidance is given. |

Evaluation of the course is calculated based on 80% project and 20% attendance grade. |
Assessment Criteria |
In the project work, the originality of the designs, according to the production technique and material, color, composition balance and originality is considered. In class participation, the student's participation in the class and work performance in and out of the class are evaluated. |
