Course Objective

It is aimed to provide students current and recent theoretical and practical discussions about cross-cultural management issues.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1) Analyze, evaluate and synthesize advanced discussions regarding cross-cultural management theories.
2   2) Recognize the needs for developing skills and competencies for interrogating existing theories in the field of advanced cross cultural management studies and suggesting alternative perspectives in terms of academic writing and reading.
3   3) Develop oral/written communication skills; articulate and defend his/her position.
