Course Objective

To enable students to understand organizational learning theories and publications in related literature

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. Knowledge of the basic concepts of organizational learning.
2   2. To be able to interpret the concept of organizational learning within the framework of the paradigm shift in social sciences.
3   3. To be able to critically analyze the theories about organizational learning.
4   4. To be able to define the need for organizational learning in schools.
5   5. To be able to understand the role of school principals in promoting organizational learning.
6   6. To examine how to use literature information about organizational learning in practice.
