Course Objective

To provide students with the knowledge and awareness of how to do psychological counseling after trauma and gain the competence to provide counseling in this field.

Week Subject Description 1 Traumatic event and post-traumatic stress disorder concepts Coping with the effects of traffic accidents 2 Reactions that can be seen in individuals after a traumatic event; Psychological help for children with broken families or single parents. 3 Effects of a traumatic event on children, adolescents and families Psychotherapy in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorders. 4 Coping with the effects of trauma; Psychological help in dealing with grief and pain in children. Duties of parents and teachers after trauma. Raising individuals resistant to traumatic events.. 5 Treatment assistance for substance addicts. Final 6 Various approaches and intervention techniques for suicidal tendencies 7 Of torture; psychological effects of war and terrorist incidents 8 General evaluation, examination 9 Coping with child abuse and its effects. 10 Coping with the psychological effects of the earthquake
