Course Objective

Aims to teach about the emergence, development and characteristics of Greek archaeology in western Anatolia.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Evaluating the idea about the principal working areas of the archaeological sciences,
2   Describing Greek archaeology which are fundamental for general Classical Archaeology,
3   Defining the ancient geography of Aegean Basin,
4   Identification of Aegean archaeology,
5   Distinguishing interregional exchanges in archaeology.
