Course Objective

To teach the theory and policies affecting the formation of wage, by analyzing the factors that lead to wage differentials and injustice in the labor market to reveal the structure of the labor force and the associations with government, business, trade unions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To learn the necessary concepts and facts in wage management.
2   To analyze the wage policy in micro and macro levels
3   To analyze relationship with wage and income justice.
4   To establish and manage the wage managament systems on the level of organizations.
5   To comprehend general information on the wage policy and management at the national level.
6   To be able to conduct a wage research and establish a salary system.
7   To analyze wage differentials at the international level.
