Course Objective

To give info about room types, reservation methods and types, cancellations and integration with housekeeping concerning rezervation and room reports and to teach evaluation of room reports in cooperation with housekeeping to the students.

1   Being able to give information about room types to the guests.
2   Being able to practice reservation methods and types.
3   Being able to carry out reservation cancellation and the other special cases.
4   Being able to integrate front office services and rooms about reservations.
5   Being able to evaluate reservation and room reports on line with housekeeping.
