Course Objective

To give general perspective about basic principles of relidious education and focussing the legal basis.
Legal basis of religious educaiton in our country and in west will be evaluated.
In the constitution and Laws the related articles of religious educaiton will be evaluated comparisonly.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   They will be explain the basis and foundation aof religious educaiton generally.
2   They will have detailed knowledge about legal basis of religious educaiton.
3   They will have understand the legal system and regulations of religious educaiton in our country.
4   They will be able to discuss the religious education in west.

9 Social aspect of religious educaiton
10 Legal aspect of religious educaiton in West.
11 Some legislations about religious educaiton in West.
12 Discussions about interpreting these legislations and their practices in West.
13 Some important court trials and verdicts about religious educaiton in West.
14 General review.
