Course Objective

Explanation of corporate governance, its aims, benefits and principles and also evaluation of legislation in Turkish Commercial Code and capital markets. Assessing of prabable effects of corporate governance on firm performance.

2   Being able to analyze theorical and historical improvement in corporate governance
3   Being able to express principals of corporate governance and harmonization rating in corporate governance
4   Being able to examine legislation about corporate governance with respect to Turkish Comercial Code and Capital Markets
