Course Objective |
Plants are renewable source of energy and their products are essential for the humanity on this planet. Recently, new and improved crop plant via genetic factors develop in order to increase the product efficiency. The aim is to provide students in plant science with a concise, general account of plant biochemistry, plant metabolism, but enzymological, functional, regulatory and molecular biological aspects, pathyways and structural features and the cell, primary metabolism, special metabolism and the plant-enviroment. |

Assessment Criteria |
Meaningful learning of the basic concepts given in presentations, association of concepts with each other, establishing the cause-result relationships and making comments by using the information available for problems and evaluating idea generation are carried out with mid-term and final exams, active participation to the lecture, homework. |
