Course Objective |
This course aims at examining the planning strategies and urban design approaches used in the formation and redevelopment of vital and economically viable city centres with reference to city centre redevelopment projects implemented in different cities of western countries and making evaluations related to issues and concepts that carry significance in terms of enabling the viability of town centres. |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
This course will be given through lectures aided by visual material and the students will learn topics by attending the lectures. Homework assignments will be prepared in accordance with the course content and presented individually by the students. |
