Course Objective

This course aims to explain human resource management topics and methods including analysis of tasks that require human resource, planning appropriate work force for these tasks, recruitment, training and career development, performance evaluation and compensation.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to define the scope of Human Resources Management.
2   To be able to define the methods used in job analysis, employee selection, performance evaluation, job evaluation.
3   To be able to give examples of real life applications in the field of Human Resources management.
