Course Objective

To presente importance of social dialog at labor peace, to introduce sides, institutions about social dialog, to debate models of co-determinaion levels procedure and methods.

2   Being able to analyze historical development of social dialog
3   Being able to correlate and define the mechanism and institutional structure of social dialog
