Course Objective

The acceptance of the individual remedy to the Constitutional Court and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights gaining more importance in our legal system day by day has led to the spread of fundamental rights. In this context, important jurisprudence on judicial rights is given by the Constitutional Court every day. These developments require the subject of judicial fundamental rights to be examined at the undergraduate level. Raising awareness in this matter will make a significant difference for students who will become law enforcement.

3   Learning the case law of the European Court of Human Rights on judicial fundamental rights in depth
