Course Objective |
This course aims at providing students with the syntactic concepts used in contemporary syntax theories and bringing the ability to conduct simple syntactic analyses on natural language data from different languages. It also aims at providing students with the basic tools and methods used in syntactic analysis. |

The students will also be assessed with regard to participation and overall attitude during lectures. The assesment will be graded via Lecture Activity Assesment sections in the VISA and FINAL exams. |

1. 1- Learning outcomes 1-5 will be evaluated via the questions asked in the mid-term and final exams. |
