In this lecture the students will learn Biological Buffers, Sample Preparation Techniques in Biochemistry, extraction and pre-separation techniques, homogenization / lysis, centrifugation, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, dialysis, precipitation techniques Separation and Purification Techniques of biomolecules, adsorption, gel, ion exchange, affinity, gas and high performance liquid chromatography, electrophoresis applications, issues of Enzymatic Methods of Analysis. |
