Course Objective

The aim of this course is to develop an understanding toward individual differences and appraisal techniques in general and develop skills and understanding toward non-test techniques in specific.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Comprehend the aim, function and priciples of psychological assessment.
2   Interpret the differences between tests and non-test techniques.
3   Comprehend the qualities of non-test techniques.
4   Select appropriate non-test techniques in appraisal procedure.
5   Apply non-test techniques.
6   Develop skills for applying.
7   Interpret results of non-test techniques.
