Course Objective

The purposes of this course display children at risk, causes of risk and measures to be taken.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Develop a point of view about risk concept and its causes
2   Develop an understanding about such risks as violence, trauma, divorce, toxicomania, exploitation, loosing parents etc
3   Comprehend how to deal with the problems and the needs of the children at risk.
4   Understand the rights of the children at risks and the adults responsibilities
5   Develop research proposals relevant to how to improve the children at risk.
