Course Objective

To teach financial analysis methods and techniques

1   Analyzes balance sheet and income statement by using financial analysis techniques 2   Prepares and analzes statement of cash flow 3   Identifies and summarizes financial statement contents prepared in accordance with current financial reporting regulations 4   sSummarizes current regulation and applications in the field of financial reporting in Turkey and in the world. 5   Summarizes manipulation methods of financial information 6   Defines the concept of corporate governance and summarizes theapplications regarding corporate governance in Turkey 7   To have information about company scandals in Turkey and in the world
