Course Objective

The main aim of this course is; technology-based program development approaches-models and processes for visual impairment area and the relationship between them, to educate individuals who can design programs in the field of vision impairment and to examine the prepared instruction program for the related field.

1   To be able to evaluate a technology based education program for individuals with visual impairment in terms of certain criteria
2   To be able to prepare a technology based program design for individuals with visual impairment
3   To be able to analyze major technology based programs
