Course Objective

To enable the student to work as an assistant in a food photography studio upon graduation or to cooperate with a food photography studio while working in a gastronomy business

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to list light, speed and quality settings on the camera
2   Ability to list daylight and indoor shooting techniques on the camera
3   Being able to interpret the composition of portrait, product, nature, architecture, advertisement and food photography.
4   Being able to list the materials used in food photography shoots
