Course Objective

The aim of the course; to gain knowledge about basic concepts and assumptions in economics and to increase the capacity of interpretation in the face of current problems by learning the theoretical and applications of economic markets.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to explain charging good and service prices in economics.
2   To be able to determine the principles of consumers utility maximization.
3   To be able to determine the principles of producers profit maximization.
4   To be able to analyse the mechanisms of charging price comparatively in the different markets.
5   To be able to interpret the applications and developments in the economy in the light of the knowledge gained.
