Course Objective |
In a vast territory extending from the west coast of Europe to the Asian steppes and to the eastern shore of the Indian sub-continent, and the first span of many faith systems, consecrated settlements which from ancient world to the modern world religious thoughts integrated into topography, has occurred. The basic purposes of the course are to examine the historical routes to the main center of attraction, Middle East, and to introduce major pilgrimage sites of the routes in terms of religious character, architectural form and texture. |
